Return Policy

We want you to love your HERCOURT order. If it isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to accept returns that meet the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

* Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
* Items must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, odours, and any other signs of wear.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund.
* Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1

Include a note inside your return package with the following information:

* Your full name
* Your order number
* The email address used to place your order
* The reason for your return (optional, but appreciated)

Step 2

Package your item(s) securely and mail them to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HERCOURT is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Step 3

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund if the item meets our return requirements.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hercourt.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

$9 flat rate covers Canada and US Only

Shipping price does not include any duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country.
Delivery unavailable to PO Boxes.

Timing:

Global shipping delays are inevitable throughout the year. We will do everything we can to deliver on time, but some delays are out of our control. 

Canada - 2-12 business days
US - 2-7 business days
International - 5-22 days

Tracking:

Hercourt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.
The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Hercourt marked as unclaimed.
The customer is responsible if their package gets returned back to Hercourt due to a wrong address inputted by the customer.
Hercourt does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
