Free Shipping over $150
$15 flat rate covers Canada and US Only

Shipping price does not include any duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country.
Delivery unavailable to PO Boxes.

Timing:

Global shipping delays are inevitable throughout the year. We will do everything we can to deliver on time, but some delays are out of our control. 

Canada - 2-12 business days
US - 2-7 business days
International - 5-22 days

Tracking:

Hercourt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.
The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Hercourt marked as unclaimed.
The customer is responsible if their package gets returned back to Hercourt due to a wrong address inputted by the customer.
Hercourt does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

Returns
Hercourt is happy to help you with your return.
If you wish to return your product you will need to return it within 20 days to #6 - 2925 King George Highway, Surrey, B.C.  V4P 1B8.
The item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return, they are a FINAL SALE.
All customers are responsible for the return postage. When the return is received by Hercourt, a refund will be issued for the item(s) within 3 business days. You can then decide if you want to purchase a new item(s). 

If the item shipped was incorrect or faulty, Hercourt will cover the cost of the return shipment and reimburse for the incorrect or faulty item.
