Hercourt is the original all female basketball brand.  It is a reflection of me and my passion for basketball.

The Founder - Elle Kerfoot

Elle started her career playing highschool basketball at Elgin Park SS, in Surrey, BC (Canada), where she won a Provincial Championship and BC Player of the Year in her senior year.  She went on to play four years with Seattle University (D1).  Once graduated Elle played professional basketball in the top division in Belgium.  Throughout her playing career, she enjoyed the opportunity to represent BC, and Canada with the Junior team, and the FISU University World games team in China. 

Following her successful playing career, Elle started a skill development and training business called EK Hoops training in 2016.  In 2018 she opened her own private training facility where she trained many of the top females in the Province.  She is known for her knowledge of the game, attention to the details of the game and her fun approach to training and inspiring young female athletes. 

Hercourt Style - Made by Her, for Her.

Elle founded Hercourt Style in 2020, after almost twenty years of playing and coaching basketball.

Hercourt Style is one of the very first all female basketball brands.  It is a reflection of Elle and her passion for the sport.  She is trying to do her part in elevating women’s basketball!  Her whole belief system is around working hard, being passionate about what you love and doing anything you want as a female.  Part of that was her basketball journey, and now it's her business.  She loves the underdog, and females who believe they can do it…and they do!  Her basketball clothing line comes with a spirit of empowerment for female players all over the world.

 

The inspiration for her collection came from a lack of cool female basketball gear.  She was tired of wearing and seeing gear that was designed for guys, and she was tired of always searching for sales where she could afford gear as a student.  She recognized that all players get team and promotional gear when they play, but she wanted to launch a line that was fun, practical,  cool and affordable.  She also wanted to see more color and designs that fit the female body and personality.  Hercourt Style was born!

 

Elle is constantly creating new designs and styles.  It's Elle’s hope that when you are wearing Hercourt you feel powerful and amazing, because that is what you are!
